SISTAH ZINE
Sistah Zine is a magazine which initially emerged to amplify the cause of Sistah Space, a London-based domestic violence support organisation for women of African and Caribbean heritage, who were facing eviction from their building in Hackney, London.
Since then, our second and third issues have donated all proceeds to Gayo and the Grenfell Foundation, respectively. Sistah Zine was created in 2020 inspired by the idea of creating and promoting social change from a feminist, decolonial perspective. It features articles, self-reflective pieces, artwork, photography and interviews.
